1. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  • You may only request a return after receiving the item.

  • Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping and customs fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on an item is allowed, but wearing it for extended use is not permitted.

  • Returns for items purchased in multiple sizes with the intent to keep only one are not accepted.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Return Process

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via info@Clairedavid-london.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

  2. You will receive the return address of our supplier (based in China).

  3. Ship the product back at your own expense, including any customs duties or return shipping fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method (Track & Trace) to ensure safe delivery of your return.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization or to the wrong address may not be processed.

3. Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected at our supplier’s warehouse, and approved for refund, we will process your reimbursement.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days after the returned product is approved.

  • The refund will be made via the original payment method used for your order.

  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Liability and Responsibility

  • Clair & David London is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages if the tracking information shows the item was successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address during checkout.

  • Any address corrections or changes must be communicated within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • We are not liable for delays or issues caused by courier services or customs inspections.
